Burns Street Upgrades

Project Overview

This phase of the Burns Street renovation focused on upgrading the building systems in this historic Indian Village home. Much of this work happened ‘behind the walls’ as the electrical system was carefully upgraded so as not to disturb much of the original character in the home. The project prepared for a future conditioned attic space by adding insulation, a forced air system and plumbing. Two full bathrooms were also a focus - one of which got a facelift with a newly tiled tub surround, new finishes & fixtures. The Master bath was re-designed and will now complete the Master Ensuite with a luxurious freestanding bath and stand-up shower.
